The Level 2 course is required in order to be an unarmed security officer in the state of Texas. This class runs for approximately 4-6 hours. It covers all of the basic rights and requirements of security officers. Student will receive their Level 2 Certificate upon successful completion of this course.

Description:
This class will equip the student with a better understanding of state laws relating to body guarding. A hands-on course that requires the student to properly demonstrate the defensive maneuvers that are taught; including strikes, kicks, defense against knife & gun attacks etc.

Description:
Used to renew an expired Level 3 or 4 Certificate if no license was obtained after 90 days from the date of completion, so long as it has been less than one year. This course consists of classroom lecture after which, students will go to the range where they must be able to demonstrate proficiency with a firearm.

This class will certify the student to carry OC Pepper Spray while on duty. The student will learn about the safe and effective use, the different levels of contamination, and how to properly decontaminate after exposure. Students are not required to receive level one contamination in order to be certified. Students will receive a certification card upon successful completion of this course.

This class will certify the student to carry an Electronic Immobilization Device (EID) while on duty. This course is not specific to any, one Brand of EID. Therefore, the student is not restricted to carrying any Brand or specific model of EID. The student will learn about the basics of the EID. Students will be taught about safety, effective uses and applications and use of force issues. Students will receive a certification card upon successful completion of this course
Description:
In the course of duty, a security guard encounters thousands of incidents and accidents and need to pass the factual information to persons who were not present at the actual event that the security guard witnessed. You should pass the information including your subordinates, co-workers, superiors, police, and insurance companies. Additionally, in the court hearing, you may be required to pass information to private investigators, defense lawyers, and the Crown prosecutor. Therefore, a security guard must take an observation and record them in a clear, concise and logical manner. The report is a recorded remark in which the facts of the events are included. The report helps to inform other people about past incidents.
